Ownership and protected material
RentSketch is developed and owned by Rent Sketch L.L.C. Except where third-party rights or licenses are identified, Rent Sketch L.L.C. reserves its rights in original RentSketch software code, visual interfaces, documentation, original graphics and media, product copy, workflow designs, technical implementations, databases and other protectable material.
Unauthorized copying is not authorized
Rent Sketch L.L.C. does not authorize copying, cloning, reproducing, republishing, scraping, extracting, reselling, or commercially replicating protected RentSketch materials or implementations except where permitted by law or by an express written license.
Using publicly visible features as inspiration does not automatically create liability. However, copying protected expression, misappropriating non-public implementation details, circumventing access controls, or using protected technology in a manner that infringes applicable rights may create legal exposure.
Rent Sketch L.L.C. actively protects its intellectual property and reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law. Material unauthorized copying may result in access restrictions, preservation of evidence, takedown requests, licensing demands, or legal enforcement where appropriate.
Patent status
Rent Sketch L.L.C. uses the phrase “Patent Pending” only when an application has been officially received by the relevant patent office and the notice is tied to confirmed filing records. Patent-status notices on this site are updated only after that confirmation.
Nothing on this page identifies the scope of any patent claim, states that a patent has been granted, or determines whether any particular third-party product infringes a patent.
